Join us for an outdoor on-the-farm dinner featuring locally grown ingredients at Fifer Orchards in Wyoming, Delaware.

Highlights for SPRING dinner event menu (May 16th, 6pm-8pm): 

• Charcuterie & breadboards with assorted dips and spreads
• Grilled wedge salad with bacon, pecans & strawberry basil vinaigrette
• Whole smoked steamship round with au jus and horseradish
• Chicken scaloppini w/ spinach, sundried tomatoes & Portobello mushrooms
• Garden vegetable and penne sauté w/ lemon herb sauce (v)
• Roasted garlic & white truffle smashed potatoes (v)
• Trilled asparagus bundles w/ lemon parmesan butter (v)
• Asparagus & wild mushroom rice pilaf (v)
• Strawberry shortcake tiramisu (v)

 

The evening includes:

• Locally sourced menu including appetizers, buffet-style dinner & seasonal desserts prepared by Chef James & Chef Bill.
• Beverages – Iced Tea, Local craft beer (Dewey Beer Co.), Wine, Coffee & Water all included.
• Live music from the talented Roy Voshell
• Farm tours will be available via tractor & wagon prior to the dinner.
• The entire experience is $119 per ticket (one ticket needed per person).
