Join us for a home-style farm supper featuring locally grown ingredients. The meal will be prepared by Chef Bill Clifton from Henlopen City Oyster House and The Blue Hen Restaurant in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Bill has a passion for local ingredients and will share his knowledge and techniques during the evening for a delicious and educational event.
Enjoy dining family-style al fresco in the yard at the original farmhouse at Fifer Orchards where Charles Frederick Fifer settled his family in 1919 and began farming fruits and vegetables. The menu, featuring comfort foods, will harken back to the days of old. Learn more about the Fifer Family and the farm’s beginnings and how they’ve grown and adapted to provide fresh local produce to Delawarean’s and beyond!
The evening will include live music, farm tours, and a full dinner. Locally crafted beverages also available for an extra fee courtesy of Dewey Beer Company.
