Food Safety Focus Starting in the field and continuing to the packinghouse, Fifer Orchards, Inc has made Food Safety a top priority. We are continually studying food safety measures and train our employees to ensure the best food handling practices are in place on our farm. Our employee training process focuses on personal hygiene, food safety and food security.
