Recipe- Easy Pear Tarts
Ingredients:
4 pears, peeled, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoon lemon juice
4 sponge cake shells
1 cup low fat strawberry yogurt
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients in a heavy saucepan over medium heat.
Cover and simmer 5-7 minutes or until sauce is formed.
Fill sponge cake shells with compote.
Top with a dollop of yogurt.
