Recipe- Easy Pear Crisp
Ingredients:
1/4 cup splenda no calorie sweetener, granulated.
3 graham crackers
1/4 cup light butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
Filling
3 cups peeled and sliced Bartlett Pears
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/4 cup splenda no calorie sweetener, granulated
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8X8 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
Place all topping ingredients in the bowl of a food processor.
Blend until crumbly, set aside.
toss together all filling ingredients. place in prepared baking pan. cover with topping.
bake in preheated oven 4-45 minutes or until bubbling around the edges.
