HOMEMADE PEACH ICE CREAM

Beat 4 eggs (or pasteurized egg substitute) until foamy. Add 2¼ c. sugar, beat on high 5 minutes. Add 2 c. whipping cream, 2 c. half & half, 1 c. milk, 2 tsp. vanilla, & ½ tsp. salt. Put into 4 quart container, freeze for 15 minutes. Stir in 4 c. chopped peaches, put back in freezer.
