Recipes - Cool & Creamy Peach Pie

COOL & CREAMY PEACH PIE
Recipe provided by Bonnie Luke, Wyoming, Delaware

Crust: Mix 1¼ c. flour, 1/3 c. Crisco, ½ tsp. salt, & 3 Tbsp. water. Bake at 400° for 9-12 min.

Filling: In medium pan combine 1 Pkg. (4-serving) Vanilla Cook Pudding, 1 Pkg. (4-serving) Peach Jello, 2 c. water, & ¼ c. sugar. Cook over medium heat until it comes to a full boil. Add 1 c. finely chopped peaches, remove from heat, let cool. Stir in 2 ½ c. cool whip & 2 c. chopped peaches. Pour into pie shell & chill 4 hours.
