Peachy Graham Smoothie
2005 4-H Recipe

½ cup of vanilla lowfat yogurt |¼ cup of peaches, finely diced |
2 tablespoons of honey | 1/3 cup of ice cubes |
2 cinnamon flavored graham crackers, coarsely broken

Place all ingredients, except ice cubes, in a blender container; cover. Blend on medium for 30 seconds or until smooth. Add ice; cover. Blend on high speed until thickened. Serve immediately. Makes one (1) serving.

To double recipe: prepare as directed using 1 container (8 oz.) of yogurt, ½ half cup of finely diced peaches, 4 grahams, and ½ cup of ice cubes. Makes two (2) servings.
