Recipes - Fabulous Peach Poundcake

Ingredients:
2 sticks soft butter, 3 cups sugar, 6 eggs, ½ cup sour cream,
2 ½ cups fine chopped peaches, 3 cups flour, ½ teaspoon
baking soda, dash of salt, 2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour tube pan. Cream butter
and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Combine
dry ingredients. Combine peaches and sour cream. Add half flour mixture
to butter mixture and stir well. Add peaches and stir well. Add rest
of the flour and mix well. Stir in vanilla. Pour into Pan. Bake 70
minutes. Put foil over cake half way through to prevent over-browning.
