Heli's Peach Kuchen

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter, ½ cup bread crumbs, 2 eggs, ¼ cup
milk, 1 cup sugar, pinch of salt, 1 ½ cups flour, 1 teaspoon
baking powder, 2 pounds ripe peaches, dash almond extract.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 7" pan with Pam and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Beat eggs and milk in a bowl. Add sugar and salt. Add flour, baking powder and almond extract, mixing thoroughly.
- Peel and slice peaches, add to batter. Batter will be thick.
- Spoon into pan and dot with butter.
- Bake for about 45 minutes. Check for doneness. Remove from pan and serve. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
