Heli's Peach Kuchen

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter, ½ cup bread crumbs, 2 eggs, ¼ cup milk, 1 cup sugar, pinch of salt, 1 ½ cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 2 pounds ripe peaches, dash almond extract.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 7" pan with Pam and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  2. Beat eggs and milk in a bowl. Add sugar and salt. Add flour, baking powder and almond extract, mixing thoroughly.
  3. Peel and slice peaches, add to batter. Batter will be thick.
  4. Spoon into pan and dot with butter.
  5. Bake for about 45 minutes. Check for doneness. Remove from pan and serve. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
