Recipe- Lima Beans and Corn
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup of low sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup of baby lima beans
- 1 cup of corn
- 1/4 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of fat free sour cream
Preparation:
- Bring broth to a boil, add beans and corn
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until vegetables are just tender.
- Add sugar and pepper
- Simmer until liquid is almost evaporated.
- Add sour cream and serve.
