Recipe- Curried Lima Beans

Ingredients:

lima beans, cooked, drained
4 ounces of cream cheese, cut in sm. pieces
1/2 cup of onion, chopped
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of flour
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of curry powder
2 ounces of pimientos, sliced

Directions:

Melt butter in skillet, sauté onion. Add flour. Pour in milk and stir until thickened. Add cream cheese. When blended, add curry powder, pimientos and beans.
