Recipe- Blackberry Cantaloupe

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. blackberries
  • 6 sugar substitutes
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 stp. brandy
  • 3 c cantaloupe, cut into slices

Directions:

  • Heat blackberries and sugar substitutes to a boil.
  • Mix cornstarch with water and vanilla and add to berries.
  • Cook on medium heat. stirring constantly until thickened.
  • Add lemon juice and brandy
  • Pour into serving dish and arrange cantaloupe slices on top of sauce over lapping or in an attractive design.
  • Serve chilled.
