Recipe- Blackberry Cantaloupe
Ingredients:
- 12 oz. blackberries
- 6 sugar substitutes
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 stp. brandy
- 3 c cantaloupe, cut into slices
Directions:
- Heat blackberries and sugar substitutes to a boil.
- Mix cornstarch with water and vanilla and add to berries.
- Cook on medium heat. stirring constantly until thickened.
- Add lemon juice and brandy
- Pour into serving dish and arrange cantaloupe slices on top of sauce over lapping or in an attractive design.
- Serve chilled.
