HAM-ASPARAGUS ROLL-UPS

½-1 lb Boiled Ham
1-2 lbs. Fresh asparagus, blanched
8 oz. softened cream cheese
Prepared mustard & horseradish, to taste

Cut thin slices of ham into neat pieces. Dried beef or smoked salmon may also be used. Spread with softened cream cheese, highly seasoned, by blending in prepared mustard and or horseradish. (I used German Style Horseradish Mustard from Grandma's Pantry at Fifer Orchards. About two teaspoons) Place spear of blanched asparagus on one edge of the prepared meat and roll up inside meat for a delicious appetizer. (A half slice of ham makes a neater and better-sized portion, or you can use whole slice and cut up the spear after it has been rolled into bite sized pieces.)
