APPLE & HAM PIE

Pastry for 2-crust pie
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 C. Apples, peeled & sliced
¼ tsp. nutmeg
2/3 C. brown sugar
1 C. diced, cooked Ham
1 Tbsp. flour

In small bowl combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, & nutmeg. Line pie plate with bottom crust & sprinkle with a little sugar. Arrange half of the apples on crust and sprinkle half of the sugar & spice mixture over apples.

Add all of the ham. Arrange remaining apples over ham & sprinkle with remaining sugar & spice mixture. Cover with top crust and cut in steam vents. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 – 45 more minutes.
