CARAMEL APPLE DIP
(from Fifer’s 75th Anniversary Cookbook)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
¼ lb. Brown sugar
¼ lb. 10x sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
In small bowl, whip cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients; stir well. Serve chilled, or warmed in the microwave, with your choice of sliced, tart apples.
