The cider is pumped through pipes to the refrigerated stainless steel tanks.  The cider is also UV treated for safety.  This process is used in place of pasteurization, which can sometimes sacrifice flavor.  Our cider is made is small batches using our "secret recipe".  It's like fall in a cup!
The bottling machine is used to put the cider in gallon jugs.
 
 

Our fresh pressed cider is available in our Country Store and Local-Fresh Market by the gallon or 1/2 gallon.  We press cider from September-December. 

Our cider has no preservatives whatsoever. The shelf life is close to 10 days from bottling time. Our cider freezes very nicely too.  Just use a few ounces out of the top and then stick the jug back in the freezer.  It will taste just as fresh when you thaw it out.  Enjoy!
