The cider is pumped through pipes to the refrigerated stainless steel tanks.
The bottling machine is used to put the cider in gallon jugs.
 
 
We sell it in our Country Store. The fresh apple cider we make here at Fifer Orchards is not pasteurized and must be used immediately or frozen. We also offer apple cider that has been pasteurized (heated).
